For Enterprises

Large, Medium, Small, Micro, Social Enterprises and Not-for-profit entities would be awarded for their “Outstanding Work in Circularity”, “Circular Company of the Year” and “Recognizing Excellence in Circular Economy”. The criteria would be to 

  1. Commitment to Net Zero targets
  2. Reporting Standards
  3. Initiatives towards-
    1. Reducing negative externalities
    2. Designing out waste
    3. Developing reverse Supply chains
    4. Energy management
    5. Reducing GHG

Awards in the enterprise category-

  1. LARGE ENTERPRISE- “Outstanding Work in Circularity”, “Circular Company of the Year” 
  2. MEDIUM ENTERPRISE- “Outstanding Work in Circularity”, “Circular Company of the Year” 
  3. SMALL ENTERPRISE- “Outstanding Work in Circularity”, “Circular Company of the Year” 
  4. MICRO ENTERPRISE- “Outstanding Work in Circularity”, “Circular Company of the Year” 
  5. NOT FOR PROFIT- “Outstanding Work in Circularity”
  6. STARTUP- “Recognizing Excellence in Circular Economy”

For Higher Education Institutes (HEI/University/Colleges)

Colleges, Universities and HEIs would be awarded for their work on “Circular Campus” and “ECE AWARD (Education in Circular Economy)”.  The criteria would be the initiatives in

  1. Waste Management practices
  2. Environmental Initiatives
  3. New Curriculum adoption
  4. Faculty development initiatives

Awards –

  1. CIRCULAR CAMPUS – “Waste Management practices” and “Environmental Initiatives”
  2. ECE AWARD- “New Curriculum adoption” and “Faculty development initiatives”

K-12 Schools

K-12 schools would be awarded for their initiatives in “Zero Waste” and “ESD” (Education in Sustainable Development).  The criteria would be the initiatives in

  1. Waste Management practices
  2. Environmental Initiatives
  3. New Curriculum adoption/Teachers’ training initiatives

Awards-

  1. ZERO WASTE SCHOOL – “Waste Management practices” and “Environmental Initiatives”
  2. ESD AWARD
