Strategia’22 - The Annual Strategy and Consulting Conclave at IIT Delhi
Department of Management Studies, IIT Delhi organized “Strategia’22” – The Annual Strategy and Consulting Conclave where the best minds from the strategy and consulting fraternity congregate to deliberate on issues and challenges faced by the organizations and share their experiences with a larger audience.
In today’s era of volatility, there is no other way but to re-invent. The only sustainable advantage you can have over others is agility. Change is inevitable but transformation can be achieved by conscious choice. In recent times we have experienced transformation in every sector. A well-crafted strategy can take an organization to new heights. A true business transformation is one where we crunch data and use the insights to make informed decisions. Apart from that we need to make the most use of the available technology to boost our agility and find approaches that affect the firms’ overall corporate strategy it helps an organization to identify and establish its identity in the market.
